This confidentiality policy sets out the way in which OSP HOLDING-ORBILITY uses and protects any information you send when using this site, which can be reached via the following URL link: www.orbility.com (hereafter referred to as the “Site”).

Please be aware that amendments or additions to this confidentiality policy may be made at any moment by OSP HOLDING-ORBILITY, especially with a view to complying with legislative, regulatory, jurisprudential or technological changes. I. PERSONAL DATA

6. Response time

  • OSP HOLDING-ORBILITY undertakes to respond to your request to access, rectify or object, or to any other valid request relating to data, within a reasonable amount of time, never exceeding 1 month from the day your request is received.
