SIEPARK, which has now become SIEPARK by Orbility, with its head office in Malaga has worked with the Orbility group for several years as exclusive distributor for the whole of Spain. During these years of close collaboration, both companies expanded their presence across Spain and became essential stakeholders on the Iberian market. This positive momentum has allowed them to sign significant contracts with such important clients as the public transport operator EMT in Madrid.

This new stake, following a significant takeover in Canada in 2020, is in line with the strategy of the Orbility Group to expand beyond the French borders, notably by acquiring local players and strengthening its positions in international markets. Leveraging the innovative capabilities and quality of services of the Orbility Group, SIEPARK by Orbility will be focused on speeding up its growth throughout Spain and further bolstering the Orbility CODEX range.

Mr. Francisco Andrade, founder of SIEPARK, along with all employees will be joining the Orbility Group. Mr. Andrade will become Managing Director of SIEPARK by Orbility and continue to manage the company under the responsibility of Mr. Yves Schoen, new CEO of Orbility Group.
