Job Description
Orbility is a global leader in off-street parking management solutions with offices in the UK, France, Canada and the USA. We are looking for an energetic and motivated BDM to help us grow our business in the UK market.
The BDM will be based from home and required to travel extensively across the UK. A central UK location would be preferable, but is not essential. This role will report into the UK Sales Director.
The BDM will be responsible for:
- Maintaining fruitful relationships with
existing dealers and end customers
- Developing solid relationships with new
dealers and customers
- Researching
organisations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential
new markets
- Identifying
industry trends and needs of customers
- Acting
as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience
- Resolving
complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes
- Sustaining
updated knowledge of company products and services
- Keeping accurate records pertaining to inventory and account notes
- Engaging with end
customers when necessary and identifying key decision makers
- Contributing to new
marketing initiatives
- Inputting to, and
leading responses to tenders (public and private) if necessary
- Developing quotes and proposals
- Negotiating and
renegotiating either by
phone, email, or in person
- Pitching products and/or services
- Visiting customers to
inform them about new developments in the company’s products
- Attending conferences, meetings, and
industry events
- Identifying new sales opportunities
and customers
- Preparing PowerPoint
presentations & sales displays
- Preparing and utilising
sales strategies to achieve sales targets
Experience in the parking
industry is desirable, but not essential, although a minimum 3-5 years of
experience is expected in a similar
role within another industry.

Package:
- Salary range £30,000
-£35,000 pa dependant on experience + commissions
